These Terms of Service govern your use of Elite Bond Cleaning Campsie's website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your property (size, condition, and services requested). Final pricing is confirmed in writing before the booking is carried out. Prices may be adjusted if the property's actual condition differs materially from what was described.
If your real estate agent or property manager flags a cleaning issue within 3 days of your service, on an item covered by our agreed checklist, we will return and address it at no additional charge. See our Guarantee page for full details.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Please contact us as soon as your plans change.
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment.
You are responsible for arranging safe access to the property (keys, lockbox, or otherwise) and ensuring power and water are available for the clean to be carried out.
While we take care to clean to a high standard, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the cleaning service provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be directed to elitebondcleaningcampsie@gmail.com or 02 8111 7771.
